I hate Traffic Wardens, I've decided.

It's nothing personal, but I hate them to the bottom of their black black soul.

I have no personal experiences from which to draw my hatred, as I've only ever been victim of a traffic warden once, it was my fault, and it was long enough ago for me to have gotten over the whole tribulation.

What has sparked this outburst, is this; we have a car park here in work, but it can get very busy. It makes no odds to me, cos motorbikes can be parked anywhere. However, the car park can get so full, that our company has arranged for some people to be able to park in the Safeway Car park up the road, and the Scout Hut Car Park, which is opposite our building.

There is also a road, which leads nowhere except to our carpark, the scout hut car park, and the BT engineers building. It's not a through road. Now for some unknown reason, the Shitty Council (sorry, City Council) deems it fit to brand the road a short stay only. Even though there are no houses, shops, or anything else close by.

So, these uniformed vultures occasionally cruise about outside our building, looking for cars that have been parked in the road for more than 2 hours.

What really gets me going is that people I work with come to work, and unable to park in the car park are forced to park in the road. Then scumbag traffic wardens appear. They obviously turn up with every intention of catching working people leaving their cars. As there are no houses nearby, they must come to this road specifically to improve their miserable lives by topping up their commission based salary.

Not only does it make no sense for this road to be a short stay only, but these bloody traffic wardens are coming here with the explicit purpose of catching people who are trying to earn a living! Bastards.

Also, now that the traffic wardens are owned by Plymouth Shitty Council, they have become more ruthless than ever. Reminiscent of Gatsos, they seem to be a money making scheme, and have nothing to do with enforcing real parking regulations, like the twats who pull over in bus lanes, then shout at you when you open the door and say "return ticket to town, please".

I've seen traffic wardens hanging around cars at 6:55am, waiting for the clocks to turn to 7am, so that they can start putting tickets on cars parked outside their owner's houses.

Minor injustices make me angry, this makes me furious, even though it blatantly doesn't affect me! I should chill out more.

And don't even get me started on the Police though. What an organisation consisting of useless lumps of warm flesh that is...
